Suggested Use:


Methyl Test Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take your first serving (2 rapid Oral-Injection Gel Caps) first thing in the morning with 8-10 oz. of water. Take your second serving immediately following training to jump-start testosterone activation, growth and recovery.

Off Days: As a dietary supplement, take your first serving (2 Rapid Oral-Injection Gel Caps) first thing in the morning, and your second serving 6-8 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8-10 oz. of water.

Nitro T3: As a dietary supplement take one serving (6 capsules) on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before you sleep with 8-10 ounces of water.
