Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cross-linked Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide, Polyvinyl Povidone, Enteric Coating. Adenylpyrophosphoric Acid Disodium, Pyruvate (as Calcium Pyruvate), Cordyceps Sinensis Extract (Standardized to 7% Cordycepic Acid and 0.2% Adenosine), Yohimbine HCI.

Directions: Consume once per day, 60 minutes prior to exercise. Refer to the Precise Dosing chart to determine the correct serving. Take with 8-12 ounces of water. Don't eat or consume acidic fluids (like juice) within 30 minutes prior to or after taking 5-Tetra. No loading or cycling required.
