Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dextrose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silica, FD&C Green #3.

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed, but not to exceed 6 tablets in any 24 hour period.
