Directions
Due to the power of this formula, assess your tolerance by following the chart below. Take one serving (3 capsules) two times daily 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals. For best results, use for 60 days combined with a bodybuilding diet and training program. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Day 1 to 2: 1 capsules, 2x daily. Day 3 to 4: 2 capsules, 2x daily. Day 5 and beyond: 3 capsules, 2x daily.
