Berry Smoothie Ingredients

1/2-cup organic plain yogurt or 4-6 ounces unsweetened plain milk

¼ cup each frozen blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries

1 scoop protein powder from organic rice protein, egg protein, non-genetically modified (non-gmo) soy protein, or whey

1-tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 capful pure vanilla or almond extract

2-5 ice cubes

Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
