All feedback on I-Supplements before June 2007, was not us. I-Supplements is under new ownership, and we did not have any association with the prior ownership. So please only take feedback into consideration given by our great patrons from order 75645 forward. Thank you!

Do I get a tracking number from USPS or UPS?

Yes! When we process your order, you get a tracking number emailed to you from USPS or UPS after 4pm est so you can track your order right to your doorstep! We need an accurate email to get this to you.

Are these the same products we see for twice as much on other sites?

Yes! As stated above, we would love to keep you as an i-Supplements patron. We have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for 15 years and work very hard to find the best health products and body building supplements on the market. By doing this and warehousing the products ourselves, we are able to cut out any middle man cost. That is why we are able to have such low and competitive pricing.

I was on another site that brought me to i-Supplements

We have a an extremely large affiliate program that has over 1000 different members. WE do not know who all these people or sites are, nor do we have time to find out who these peoples or sites are. Remember that these sites may have wrong product information, that is not our fault. Please email us the page URL so we can contact them to fix any wrong information. Just know that we are the final authority of what we carry on our website (i-Supplements.com). Make sure you read what you are purchasing on i-Supplements after coming from an affiliate site, because what is stated on i-Supplements is what is always correct. We only have and own one website (i-Supplements.com), we have NO ownership or partnerships with any of our affiliates, so we do not accept responsibility if you come from one of our affiliates and you think you are purchasing exactly what they are stating. Please contact the original site (affiliate) you came from if you feel you are entitled to a refund, because we will not issue one if you fall under any of these circumstances.

Auto-Ship Program:

We do not have one. You will only receive an order from i-Supplements if you place the order.

How do you bill my credit card?

It will show up as I-Supplements.

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?

We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. The shipping label will say "Fulfillment Dept" to ensure further privacy.

RETURN POLICY

Since we are a wholesaler and sell at rock bottom prices, we cannot and will not accept returns on opened merchandise. We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 30 days for exchange or credit. We feel 30 days is plenty of time to decide if you want to return something to us. Any order received after 30 days of purchase will be sent right back to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. You must email or call before sending something back to i-Supplements. Once we hear from you, we will note your order that you will be making a return.

What will happen if you do not contact us and you decide to send something back? We apologize, but the package will be marked "return to sender" and sent right back to you. Please follow our return procedure and we will be happy to work with you and get you your credit as soon as your return arrives to our Return Dept.

Attention: Due to the amount of recent returns, if you used a free shipping code when placing your order, then decide to return it to us, you will be responsible for paying back what the original shipping cost would have been. It will be deducted from your credit.

What if I do not like the product?

As we stated above, we are a wholesaler and we DO NOT manufacture any of the products on i-Supplements.com. You can not return opened merchandise! We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Also, we will not and do not offer any money back guarantee's. If you file a chargeback with you credit card company because you do not like a product you purchased from i-Supplements we will take legal action against you. By placing your order you agree to this.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES

All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 24 hours so we may file claim with shipper. Email us at Report Damages or Shortages Be certain to state your order #. Once we file the claim we can re-ship your damaged product.

If we shorted you a product on your order, we will re-ship that product ASAP! We are not perfect and do mistakes, so we will fix the problem at no extra cost to you and as quickly as possible.

What if UPS shows my order was delivered but it is not at my house?

First of all, check with your neighbors, rental offices, behind bushes or in a side door of your home. You might be surprised how many people call us back and tells us that their package was in one of those places. Once you have done those things, and you still can not find your package, then call us. We will file a claim with UPS and they will start an investigation. Once their investigation is complete and they can not locate the package, we will then re-ship your order.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. I-Supplements reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.

i-Supplements charged my C.C. twice

I am very sorry about that however; we haven’t taken money twice from your charge card for your online transaction. The second charge you see is an authorization done at the time you place your order. These authorizations are done automatically when you placed the order, to make sure the card is valid. A hotel or restaurant would do the same make sure the card is valid and not stolen or out of date.

Your credit card company will usually remove the charge in 24-48 hours however, some charge cards and debit cards can hold the authorization for up to 2 weeks. This is not our fault. If you call your bank they can explain it much better than we can. If your billing statement happened to close and be sent to you while the authorization was on the card the paper statement will show this as a charge however, if you call your bank or credit card company they will be able to help you and show that the charge is no longer on the card as it was only an authorization. We are not responsible for your bank account being overdrafted. You will need to take that up with your bank and have the overdraft removed.

When do you charge my order:

You order will be charged the day it ships and no sooner. It is a bad business practice to charge orders and then not ship it for 1-2 weeks.

You charged me additional shipping:

When you placed your order you agreed that you had read and understood the shipping prices.

Proteins, Ready to Drinks and Liquids are very heavy and will require additional shipping. Once again, if you order weighs over 5lbs, we will add additional shipping to your order.

You will get one confirmation without the added shipping and a second with the shipping cost updated.

We will not expedite heavy shipments and we will call you about your rate if your order is an excessive rate!

The label or ingredients are different

Manufacturers continually change product specifications. While we try our best to keep product descriptions up to date, they do not necessarily reflect the latest information available from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated product descriptions and/or images.

Can I combine coupons?

Unfortuanately, you can not. Only one coupon can be used per order. Use the coupon which saves you most money.
