Just to let you know once again this stuff is GREAT! No Side Effects what so ever besides the fact I’m getting stronger and bigger. Before I started I weighed is at 262.7Lb and my waist was a 40 and now I weigh in at 274.7Lb and my waist is a 36 !!! I am losing weight but I gained 12 lbs of muscle!
