3 BUNCHES LEAFY GREEN KALE

3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

3 LEMONS, FRESHLY SQUEEZED

2 PINCHES FINE SEA SALT

INSTRUCTIONS:

WASH AND REMOVE STEMS FROM KALE, RIPPING LEAVES INTO SMALL PIECES.

IN A LARGE SAUTÉ PAN, HEAT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT.

ADD KALE TO PAN AND SAUTÉ UNTIL BRIGHT GREEN.

ADD LEMON JUICE AND MIX WELL, THEN ADD SALT.

MAKES APPROXIMATELY 4 SERVINGS
