Ingredients:
ProCosanoid: A Proprietary Amalgamation of Alkaloidal Compounds Comprised of Isolated Paraxanthine Succinate, Ionized Theobromine Succinate and Catalyzed Theophylline Succinate. Alpha-Glycerophosphatidylcholine (Alpha-GPC): Standardized for 99% Phospholipid Precursor and Metabolite with Minor Amounts of Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylinositol and Phosphatidylethanolamine. Glyco-Amino Complex: Consisting of: L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Pyroglutamine, GABA, Lysine & L-Tyrosine in a Base of Purified, De-Polymerized, Micro Crystalline Cellulose. Spherical Dextrose Substrate: Consisting of: Mono, Poly, Oligo Saccharides. Other Ingredients: Micro Crystal Cellulose, Partially Pregelatinized Maize Starch, Cross Linked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Hypermellose, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Yellow No. 6 and Sunset Yellow FCF.

Directions: Take 1 tablet with a glass of water 15 minutes before exercise or before the need for mental alertness. The energy and mental alertness will continue for 4 to 5 hours. Do not exceed more than 2 tablets per 24 hr period. Not recommended 4 hours prior to bedtime.

WARNING: Do not take if already taking stimulants. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding, elderly or under the age of 18, chronically ill, or taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicine, including but not limited to antidepressants (such as MAO inhibitors), stimulants, allergy medications, and medications for high blood pressure or other cardiovascular conditions. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, headache, nausea, chills, fever, muscle/joint aches, or heart palpitations. If you have trouble sleeping, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
