Pure CLA 1250 by SAN Nutrition is pure conjugated linoleic acid to help promote a lean muscular body tone. CLA hasshown to be very effective in reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. CLA helps to decreases lipoprotein lipase activity and reducing the storage of trigylcerides in your fat cells. CLA alos helps to assist in the breaking down fatty acids for energy production by increasing activity of the carnitine palmitoyl tranferase enzyme.
