After years and years of stimulant use, I had become completely de-sensitized to any stimulant. After about 6 months of trying different thermogenics and barely feeling a thing, I decided to ask for help. The next day I started my 30 day cycle. Now to the good stuff.
I decided before I started taking Reset A.D. to quit taking all my supplements for 30 days during my 30 day cycle. The point of this was to completely clean my receptor sites and adrenal system, so when I started to take my supplements again, my receptor sites and adrenal system would be 100% clean. After 10 years of vitamin and supplement use, trust me, they needed cleansed!!!
Within 5 days, the first thing I noticed was how sore I was after my workouts. I figured it might have been from not taking any supplements, but after the next few workouts, I come to the conclusion that was not it. I fully believe that Reset A.D. was starting to work already.
