Suggested Use: Maximum Testosterone Loading Protocol Days 1-10: Take 5 Black Liqui-Caps twice per day between meals.

Regular Testosterone Boosting Protocol Day 11 and on: Take 5 Black Liqui-Caps once per day between meals.
