Black Bean Salsa Recipe

  • 1 medium can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium can corn, drained
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Juice of 2-3 limes
  • 4-5 green onions, diced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about one hour to marinate, and soak up flavors. Serve with baked tortilla chips or tostadas. Enjoy!
