- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 6 tsp light margarine
- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 4 slices fresh tomato
- 2 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Put bacon on a microwave safe plate atop 2 paper towels with another covering them. Microwave until crisp, about 1-2 minutes. Crumble and set aside.
Spread one side of each bread slice with mustard and the other side of each slice with 1 tsp of margarine.
Put half of the turkey, tomato, bacon and cheese atop the mustard side of each of 2 slices of bread. Top each stack with a slice of bread, mustard side in.
In a nonstick pan, melt remaining margarine over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden, 3-4 minutes per side.
