Hummus Snacks


2 cloves garlic

2 cups chickpeas, cooked and drained

4 tablespoons lemon juice

½ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons water

Pinch of paprika


Combine the first six ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add a little more water if needed to make a paste. Transfer hummus to small serving dish, and sprinkle with paprika. Eat as dip with sliced veggies or whole-wheat pita triangles.
