Oven Fried Potatoes


4 medium red potatoes
½ tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper


Preheat your over to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice potatoes in half, then into thin wedges. Place in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes and toss to coat. Evenly place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet.Roast for 15-20 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.Makes approximately 4 servings
