Ingredients: Lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, gelatin, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6, titanium dioxide.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules two times per day, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. Allow at least six hours between doses. For first-time use, begin by taking one capsule two times per day for the first day. Afterward, increase dose to tolerance. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) CAPSULES IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE CONTINUOUSLY FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX WEEKS. Store away from heat, light and moisture.
