- 7 oz. canned salmon
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- ½ tbsp. Horseradish
- 4 oz. fat free cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp. Minced onion
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 2 whole bagels—whole wheat or onion
Combine all ingredients, except bagels, in bowl. Spread on top of bagel halves equally. Makes two servings.Nutrion Facts Per Serving

This sandwich is also very high in calcium. You could melt a slice of your favorite cheese to add more calcium and protein, but you would also add to the fat!
